What is Crystal DIY Lab?
Crystal DIY Lab is an online bracelet design studio. You choose and arrange available materials, then we hand-make the submitted bracelet to order. It is not a loose-bead DIY kit.
How long does an order take?
Custom production usually takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Where do you ship?
We currently serve customers in the United States. Standard shipping is free.
Which payment methods are supported?
Shopify checkout supports PayPal and major credit cards. Checkout is the authority for the methods currently available and the final order total.
Are all components natural crystal?
No. The Studio identifies materials described as natural crystal beads separately from cord, spacers, runner rings, and other components.
Will natural materials look exactly like the preview?
No two natural beads are identical. Color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, and surface detail can vary. Normal natural variation is not automatically a defect.
Can I request a photo before shipment?
Yes. Contact us promptly after ordering and include your order number. Shipment is not paused unless support confirms the request for that order.
Can I return a custom bracelet?
Custom products are final sale for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, contact support with the order number and clear photos. Applicable legal rights still apply.
