Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Crystal DIY Lab and purchases from this store. The merchant is Sichuan Sike Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Crystal DIY Lab, registered in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and Market

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.

Products and Handcrafting

Crystal DIY Lab designs and hand-assembles custom bracelets in Chengdu, China. Materials identified as natural crystal beads are sourced globally and hand-processed by the brand; cord, spacers, and other components are identified separately. Natural materials can vary in color, pattern, clarity, size, and texture. Product photographs and screen colors are illustrative and cannot guarantee an exact match.

You are responsible for checking the design, size, spelling, address, and other selections supplied with your order. You may promptly request completion photos before shipment. A photo request does not create a change-of-mind return right. Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after shipment, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shopify checkout is the final authority for the order total, available products, taxes, and payment methods. Checkout supports PayPal and major credit cards. Submitting an order does not require us to accept it. We may reject or cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill it; if payment was captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact us before paying.

Returns and Order Issues

Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after shipment. Damaged, materially defective, or incorrect items must be reported as described in our Refund Policy. An issue-based return must be approved in writing before anything is mailed to the authorized returns address. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

References to crystal meanings, traditions, energy, mood, or symbolism are provided for cultural, creative, and styling purposes only. Our products and content are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Your Designs and Communications

You retain rights in original content you submit. You grant us a limited right to use your submitted design details, images, messages, and other instructions only as reasonably necessary to provide customer service, manufacture and fulfill your order, prevent fraud, and operate the Services. You must not submit content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

Site Use and Intellectual Property

The Crystal DIY Lab name, site content, graphics, product presentation, software, and original designs are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or copy commercial content without permission.

Third-Party Services

Shopify, PayPal, carriers, and other service providers may process parts of your transaction under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or legally protected consumer remedies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving customers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
