Where We Ship

We currently accept orders only for United States delivery addresses supported by Shopify checkout. Orders are fulfilled from Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required. Any faster or additional service offered at checkout may have a separate charge.

Production and Delivery Estimates

Custom production usually takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 5–8 business days.

These are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, security review, or an incorrect address can cause delays.

Completion Photo Requests

To request completion photos before shipment, email hello@crystaldiylab.com promptly after ordering and include your order number. Shipment should not be treated as paused unless support confirms the request for that order. A photo request does not create a change-of-mind return right.

Import Duties and Sales Tax

Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact us before paying so we can review the shipment.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide an updated estimate and, where required by applicable law, an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund. For a tracking problem, loss, damage, or an incorrect delivery, contact us at hello@crystaldiylab.com with your order number so we can review the carrier record and next steps.
